The property sits in Son Ferrer, a quiet village in the municipality of Calvià, surrounded by wooded slopes and positioned between working farms and the island's southwestern coast. The Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO-recognized mountain range shaped by centuries of agricultural terracing, rises to the northwest.
